Refund and Return Policy

All products purchased from Orbis Gems can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email: info@orbisgems.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
3. Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and certificates.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be processed.

There is a shipping fee of R300 for all products thats returned locally and R1900 for international shipping returns. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the goods has been checked.

If you prefer to exchange an item instead of a refund, please contact our customer service team. The same return conditions apply to exchanges.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or an item different from your order, please inform our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for a free return and ensure that the correct or replacement item is sent to you.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not already been shipped. If the order has been shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy.
